Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Hints of apple: ranging from green apple until the quince one with sent of rose hips. Light mineral hints. Pleasantly complex wine, with firm acidity and high persistence. First courses with fish or mushrooms, white meat, ham and mature cheese. Serve at 10-12 °C.
