Sparkling wine made by Metodo Classico. Since ancient times, the hills of Caneva have produced fine wines appreciated even in the patriarchal court. Then they fell into oblivion. Now, thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of Cantina Le Favole, the vocation has been reborn. Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir find their harmonious expression in this new sparkling wine: Giallo di Roccia. The straw yellow colour, the fine and persistent perlage, the fruity, fragrant and harmonious nose make for a full-bodied and satisfying wine featuring a fine and creamy foam and maturity of the fruit. It should be served at 7-8°C.
